Service Description
The goal of a deep clean is to establish a baseline level of cleanliness for your home so that future cleanings can focus on maintenance and upkeep. Deep cleans are typically booked as the first initial base clean prior to starting a recurring maintenance cleaning plan, but can also be booked as a one-time job that covers the entire home, individual rooms, or specific focus areas. Due to the higher degree of dusting, scrubbing, and sanitizing, the time and effort required for a deep clean will be much longer than a routine maintenance clean. For larger deep cleaning jobs, we can work with you to develop a rotational deep cleaning plan where each visit deep cleans a specific room and rotates to another room at the next visit. Please see the "Deep Cleaning Checklists" found on the Services page of our website for the full list of included deep cleaning tasks. Please note that this deep cleaning service does NOT include post-construction cleaning or interior deep cleaning of household appliances such as laundry machines, dishwashers, ovens, etc. The time it takes to complete a deep cleaning of an entire home will depend on factors such as number of bathrooms, kitchens and overall condition of your home, therefore it is suggested to budget a minimum of 4 hours to perform a deep clean. With deep cleaning flat rates starting at $249, our service covers all types of residences from condos and apartments to single family homes and even small office spaces. In cases where homes might require a specialized deep-cleaning approach, we can price at an hourly rate of $50-70 instead of a flat rate. Cancellation Policy
Add-On Policy: Any service marked as "Add-On Only" can NOT be scheduled as an individual booking. An add-on service can only be added to an existing Maintenance Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, or Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning appointment. The add-on service will then be performed during the same appointment time as the Maintenance, Deep or Move-In/Move-Out cleaning. Booking: Clients can book cleaning services by contacting the Company via phone, email, or through our website. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the Company. Clients may book no less than 72 hours prior to the start of the scheduled service. Confirmation: A confirmation email or message will be sent to the Client with details about the service date, time, and price. Clients must review and confirm the booking to finalize the appointment. Rescheduling or Cancellation: Clients may reschedule or cancel cleaning services with at least 72 hours notice before the scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee. Late Arrival or Delays: If the Company is delayed for any reason, the Client will be notified. The Company will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time, but delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
